Two houses on the same plot! Welcome to this lovely home in El Faro with two beautiful villas where the Andalusian charm flows. From the private pool area you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea while you are served a drink in the newly built outdoor kitchen. The entrance to the main house is dotted with blooming pink bougainvillea and you enter directly into the homely living room with sofa and armchairs in front of the crackling fireplace. Further around the corner you will find the master bedroom with plenty of space for a full-size double bed and views of the sea and garden. Next to the bedroom is a complete bathroom with shower. Another slightly smaller living room with space for a sofa bed leads partly out onto a terrace with a dining table and bbq, partly into the second bedroom. There is room for a single bed, desk and play area, a perfect children's room. Another bedroom on the opposite side of the living room and here we also have the second bathroom with toilet and shower. If we instead take a right when we enter from the main entrance, we go through the pleasant dining room with rounded walls on our way to the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space, complete with appliances and dishwasher. Inside the kitchen we find a small separate alcove with a washing machine. A paved short hill leads up to the pool area and the second house. Here, too, we quickly enter the living room, which shares space with the kitchen through the bright, open floor plan. There is a fridge/freezer, stove and dishwasher. In this building there are two bedrooms, one full size with a sea view and the other slightly smaller and a view towards the back of the house. A complete bathroom with toilet and shower. Facing the yard is a balcony, and towards the back a private terrace with space to hang laundry or enjoy a book in the shade.
