Ideal newly refurbished house located in the urbanization of Costabella, only 4 minutes walking distance to the beach. Very bright and with a modern style decoration.
It is very close to the centre of Marbella and Elviria. Only 7 minutes by car from Marbella centre and 40 minutes from Malaga airport.
Costabella is a very quiet and well maintained urbanization, with beach bars and beach clubs where you can enjoy good food and pleasant days at the beach.
The house is distributed all on one floor. We find the living-dining room with a spacious American style kitchen. With access to a covered terrace with a large table to enjoy a good family meal.
There is a private garden area in the lower part of the covered terrace, also sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. There is also a Weber bbq where you can grill meat on the barbecue.
The spacious living room with electric blinds, has a fireplace and TV with smart Tv. The property has Wifi installation with fibre optic.
The 2 bedrooms have air conditioning hot/cold in each of them. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two 90cm mattresses.
It has a bathroom with shower perfectly equipped and an outside toilet for the garden and terrace area, where the washing machine and dryer are located. Bath towels and bed linen are provided, so you only need to bring your personal items for your holiday in our magnificent house in Costabella.
The open plan kitchen is also equipped with oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses.
The property has two parking spaces inside, one is a covered garage and the other one inside the plot in the open air. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
