Here we have a really nice spacious 1 bedroom apartment /Penthouse located in a well sought after complex called Cala Azul. The perfect place for your holidays. Enter into a hall way and on the left you have a nice fully furnished american style kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Electric Water Emersion, Oven, Ceramic Hob . The kitchen has a large hatch looking straight out to the sitting/dining room and this leads out to the terrace and makes the apartment nice and bright and cheerful. To the left of the entrance you have a fully fitted large bathroom and a really big bedroom with double bed and this also leads out to the terrace. The terrace overlooks the communal gardens and to the left you can see the centre of La Cala and the sea as far as El Farol Cala Azul has lovely Communal Gardens and two pool area, children's pool and small playground. Next door to the complex you have a Lidl so very convenient . Location is excellent as you are within walking distance to all amenities and the long sandy beach in La Cala de Mijas which also has a boardwalk so you can walk down as far as Cabopino. La Cala de Mijas is an old fishing village and has plenty of cafes, restaurants, chiringuitos (restaurantes located on the beach that specialise in fried fish and fish cooked over olive wood) , shops, supermarkts and an open air market twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The apartment is ideal for Summer Holidays if you want to go to the beach, Golf Holidays all year round as close by to the numerous courses on the Coast or even use as a base if you want to explore the wonderful places you will find in Andalucia such as Granada, Cordoba, Seville, or visit the Rock of Gibraltar or cross the sea for a day to Morocco.
